Training Records in IRB e-reports

Check anyone's training in the IRB database

  1. Go to https://irap-apps.ad.uab.edu/IRAP_Reports/Default.aspx
  2. Enter your BlazerID and strong password.
  3. Click "IRB e-Reports" on the left.
  4. Click "Investigator IRB Training" to look up individuals.
    5. Click "... By Project" to see all UAB staff listed on a protocol.
  5. Enter only the last name of the person you're checking on. Press Enter.
  6. When the screen refreshes, it will list all people with that last name in the box marked 'Select an Investigator.
  7. Choose the person you want from the list.
  8. When the screen refreshes, choose Export to PDF or View Report for documentation.
