Karin graduated from the University of South Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology and the University of Alabama with a master’s degree in nutrition. Karin helps companies achieve healthier lifestyles for employees through proper nutrition and physical activity. In turn, these companies can benefit by having increased productivity and morale and decreased health care costs.

Megan graduated from Samford University with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and went on to complete her Master's in Clinical Nutrition at UAB. She currently provides support for those trying to reach their health goals both in clinic and through the Nutrition Guidance System.

Rokeia received her bachelor's degree in Health Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. While finishing up undergraduate studies, Rokeia had the opportunity to work as an intern for EatRight and established a passion for patient care along the way. Rokeia is now a part of the EatRight team and looks forward to helping patients achieve their healthy lifestyle goals.

Lindsey graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science. She has a Master’s degree in Community Health Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has a passion for working with people to better improve their quality of life. She teaches the importance of good nutrition and loves helping others make lifelong behavior changes related to maintaining a healthy weight. .

Adrianne is a graduate of UAB with a B.A. in Communication Management. She is currently working toward a Master's degree in Public Administration from UAB. Adrianne is the first face you will see at the EatRight clinics. She provides clinical and program management support. Adrianne has seen unprecedented growth of the program. She is moved by many of her patient’s stories and touched by their personal struggles and rejoices in their successes.

Laura is a registered dietitian and received her bachelor's degree in dietetics from Auburn University and master's degree in exercise physiology from UAB. Laura has worked in the nutrition field for over 15 years including both in-patient and outpatient settings.
