EatRight Personal Fitness
The Personal Fitness program is a personal training program in which participants workout with a certified personal trainer from the EatRight staff weight management staff.
Personal trainers will work with each individual to create a personalized plan that is adapted to your fitness level and individual goals. All areas of fitness; including cardiovascular, strength training, and flexibility will be addressed.

$50.00 per hour or $400.00 for a 10-hour package*
(2-3 participants and 1 trainer)
$70.00 per hour or $600.00 for a 10-hour package*
