Cooking Demonstrations
EatRight by UAB offers unique, in-depth, healthy cooking demonstrations designed to inspire and equip even the most novice cooks! Classes are instructed by EatRight's own Dr. Sunil Daniel and are supervised by a Registered Dietitian to address nutrition-related questions.
Dr. Daniel's approach to nutritious food preparation is anything but boring. Each two-hour class includes a fun and interactive demonstration, recipes complete with nutrition information, and a full meal. Homewood Gourmet’s fully-equipped demonstration kitchen allows for optimal views and class participation.

Payment
Classes are $25 per person or $45 per couple. Payments may be made by credit card at the Marketplace on our website or by check or cash. Checks should be made out to UAB EatRight. If mailing a check, please send it to:

Cancellation/Refund Policy
There will be no financial penalty for cancellations made 72 hours prior to the class.
Cancellations made 48-72 hours prior to the class will result in a 50% refund.
No-shows, or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class, will not receive a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes based on insufficient enrollment, chef emergency or illness, or inclement weather. However, we will strive to make suitable substitute arrangements in these cases to avoid any inconvenience for our registrants. A full refund will be offered to all registrants who cannot attend rescheduled classes.
