Clinic and Program Registration
Enrollment in any of the programs provided by EatRight Weight Management Services is simple. In some cases, personal physicians may refer patients, but the programs are also open to interested individuals.All patients must register online at https://eatright.remedyehr.com/. This is a free and secure registration.
After completing your registration please call (205) 934-7053 to enroll in an EatRight Weight Management Services Program.
