Physical Therapist
United Ability’s Adult Day Program (formally UCP of Greater Birmingham)
Monday-Thursday; 8:00-4:00; Benefits Eligible

Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting initial and follow-up assessments/evaluations for adult participants.  PT will prepare required reports/findings, participate in conferences as needed and coordinate/lead/conduct group and individual treatment sessions and consult with parents and caregivers as needed.  Other duties, as assigned.

Education/Experience

  • Minimum of two years experience in PT is preferred; however, new graduates will be considered.
  • Registered and licensed (Alabama Physical Therapist), or eligible for registration and licensure and will perform all duties under the supervision of a registered and licensed PT until licensure is obtained.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to use own vehicle for business, if needed.
