The Science and Technology Honors Program emphasizes the importance of developing leadership skills throughout a student's undergraduate experience. There are several opportunities students have to accomplish this goal, including participating in the Honors Academy Leadership seminars, volunteering on the Student Executive Committee within STHP, planning and participating in the overnight Orientation and Leadership Retreat, being a Peer Mentor or Study Group Facilitator to incoming freshmen, and an array of other opportunies across campus.
