Soul Food Night will make your belly happy
On a chilly February day, there's little more comforting than a good, hot meal. And what meal Could be more comforting than some down-home soul food?
As part of Black History Month activities, UAB Campus Restaurants is hosting Soul Food Night on Tuesday, Feb. 26. From 4-8 p.m. the Commons on the Green will be serving up fried chicken, mac and cheese, collard greens, shrimp and grits, sweet potato pie and BBQ sandwiches.
The cost is one meal plan or $7.99 for all you care to eat.
In addition to your meal, you'll be able to enjoy entertainment from UAB's National Pan-Hellenic Council. Be there to celebrate African-American culture and fill your belly with goodness.
