UFit Class Description

Mind & Body

  • This hybrid class includes an athletic workout inspired by yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement.

  • Start your day off right with this fun, relaxing, and energizing yoga class. Challenge yourself mentally and physically in this AM class and go beyond your limits!

  • In this class you will work on traditional yoga poses to develop a more centered and balanced life

  • If you are just starting yoga or want to learn the basics, this class is for you! Get the total MindBody experience in this 60 minute class.

  • Fit Barre will offer you a full class of motivating music and toning technique. Fine tune your smallest muscles with small continuous contractions and feel your body’s true form take shape.

  • This class takes your favorite parts of Fit Barre to create a core shredding workout!

  • A total body workout designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group; this intense, but easy to follow yoga class will push your strength and flexibility to new yoga heights.

  • This abbreviated version of your traditional Pilates class will provide you with a balanced workout and feeling.

  • This powerful, energetic form of yoga will teach you to move fluidly from pose to pose while connecting your breath with your movement.

Group Cycling

  • Uniquely tailored to suite a wide range of abilities and fitness goals. Cycle offers participants an energizing, low-impact, but high intensity and music that begs your legs to pedal.

  • The highest intensity cycle class that will push you every week in order to maximize optimal calorie burn. Powerful movements and transitions will be incorporated in this ultimate low-impact workout.

  • Can’t decide if you want to do cardio or strength? Why not do both! This class is formatted to work both your cardiovascular endurance while cycling as well as strength components.

Dance

  • Dance your way to a fitter you! This class combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. Come have fun while getting fit!

  • Hip-Hop is the ideal class anybody looking to tone muscle, increase cardio endurance, and burn calories, all while indulging in a fun filled hip-hop dance moves!

Cardio & Strength

  • This class is a 4 part interval system implementing fundamental and fluent yoga postures as an active recovery for explosive high intensity plyometric movements. Pairing plyometrics with yoga within the PLYOGA class format will give you a unique opportunity to elevate your level of fitness.

  • Pound Fitness is a ROCKOUT WORKOUT! Channel your inner performer and rock your body with this modern-day fusion of movement and music. Using RipstixTM (weighted drumsticks engineered for exercise) Pound transforms drumming into an effective full-body workout. SPACE IS LIMITED! (Max. 25)

  • Looking to combine a strength and cardio workout in one? This morning interval class utilizes cardio and kickboxing segments to provide an action packed total body workout!

  • Cardio and Strength will focus on high repetition movements and lower weight loads to produce lean muscles and increase cardio endurance conditioning.

  • With a variety of exercises concentrating on abdominals, oblique’s, and lower back muscles you will see and feel the results of your hard work!

  • This class is welcoming to all fitness levels no matter your gender identity or sexuality. You will combine strength and cardio for a total body workout that will keep you sweating! Come support and encourage each other while you train to meet your fitness goals.

  • This tried and true fitness staple uses basic to advanced step moves to challenge all fitness levels. Incorporating strength and sports-conditioning this fun twist on an old staple is sure to provide you with the advanced and dynamic workout you’ve been looking for.

Aqua

Aqua classes are suitable for all fitness levels and swimming abilities.

  • Aqua-Dance is a great ‘wave’ to get a great low impact cardio workout in! This easy to follow class with give you a fun, exciting, and new workout!

Premium Class Descriptions

  • Build a strong foundation of movement of basic Swing and Tango dancing. In this 8-week course you will learn the basic timing, footwork, partner skills, turns, and so much more!

Studio V Class Descriptions

  • This class is designed for all the ladies! Come join women just like you who are looking for a great workout and are ready to learn how to use equipment properly. This class is FREE and limited on capacity, so come save your spot!

    This class will focus on building a platform for your workout routine. We will focus on improving your form and strength. This class will begin with basic body weight exercises and work up to using equipment and increasing intensity.

    Learn the basics of this rapidly growing fitness trend, TRX! Along with great TRX instruction, the class will include functional training that involves full body movements and learn to stabilize the body and use your core in every exercise.

    This high-intensity class consists of whole-body movement exercises. Kettlebells come in a range of off-centered weights and a workout includes different movements such as the deadlift, swing, clean and press, and snatch. Each of these movements are multi-joint and multi-muscle exercises that build strength, improve flexibility and burn fat and calories.
