Here's a run down on the Freshman medical school student's schedule. Note that this is the typical schedule, but every week it can change, especially if there are tests that week. That pretty much means that the fall semester is never constant since there are tests practically every week.

Note that the 10 to 12 class changes through out the semester:

• August and September: Behavioral Sciences (M-F)
• October: Ethics (M-F)
• November and December: Epidemiology/Biostatistics (Tues and Thurs)

Biochemistry starts out meeting only on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays for August and September, but it then meets (almost) everyday. Gross Anatomy is broken up into two groups. One group has Case Study and Lab on Mondays and Wednesdays, and the other has it on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Fridays, Lab is usually review. Also, there is usually an embryology lecture on Friday afternoon. When there is ICM, the group meets only once during the week on a non-lab day (although if there is a patient interview, the students will interview the patient during another day during that week). ICM is held about 2 weeks-a-month. Note, the sample schedule below is for a student with M/W Gross Lab and ICM on Thursdays.

Like with the fall schedule, the spring schedule is variable, especially with the labs. Schedule is with ICM on Thursdays.
