Dr. Parisa Dudley joined the UAB Department of Ophthalmology as a Clinical Assistant Professor in 2018. She brings 10 years of private practice experience with her as she makes her transition to UAB. She is a 2004 alumni of the UAB School of Optometry and graduated with honors from Auburn University in 2000. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, Alabama Optometric Association, and Birmingham Optometric Association. Dr. Dudley is very active in local volunteer organizations, as she is a member of The Junior League of Birmingham and The Service League of Bessemer. Dr. Dudley, her husband and son live in Hoover, AL. Dr. Dudley focuses on primary eye care, ocular disease, contact lenses, and pediatrics. She was voted "Best Pediatric Doc" in Birmingham by Birmingham Parent Magazine in 2014.
