Abigail Franks
The help of my mentors here at UAB has actually impacted me a lot. I have been supported by almost like a squad of really strong women.
-Abigail Franks is a UAB Honors College senior from Priceville, Alabama, who was named a Rhodes Scholar finalist. She is a political science major with a minor in peace, justice, and ecology in the UAB College of Arts and Sciences Department of Political Science. Franks also received the Udall Scholarship and was an institutional nominee for the Truman Scholarship. She graduates in the spring of 2020.
