Donita White
I feel it is my job to do what I can to make their stay as pleasant as possible.
-Donita White is from Birmingham, Alabama, and came to UAB in 1999 as manager of the TownHouse, which provided accommodations for extended-stay medical patients. She attended Jacksonville State University and earned a bachelor's degree in sociology and English. In 2009, White became a UAB Hospital guest services manager. Today she manages the UAB Hospital West Pavilion conference center; UAB Hospital and UAB Highlands mail centers; and patient transport at UAB Hospital, The Kirklin Clinic, the Whitaker Clinic, and UAB Highlands.
