Martin Heslin

—Martin J. Heslin, M.D., came to UAB from Westchester, New York. He joined the faculty of the School of Medicine's Division of Surgical Oncology in 1996 and is now the James P. Hayes, Jr., Endowed Professor in Gastrointestinal Oncology and the chief of medical staff. During his career, he has helped establish UAB's Interdisciplinary Gastrointestinal Oncology Center and has served as a key instructor for both medical students and staff.
