Candice Lee has joined the Heersink School of Medicine Department of Medicine development team as a Director of Development.
In this role, she will work with department chairs, physicians, faculty, and grateful patients on development-focused initiatives. Prior to joining UAB Advancement, Candice served as Director of Engagement at Precision Ocular Network, leading development, family services, and community engagement.
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Candice completed her degree at The University of Alabama, where she and her husband were members of the Million Dollar Band. The couple’s daughter now attends their alma mater. Their son is continuing the band tradition as a percussionist at Hoover High School.
Candice enjoys playing tennis in her free time.
