In this role, Kate will lead a team of Prospect Research and Management (PRM) professionals to assist with the management, tracking, and research of donor information for UAB’s development efforts. She will manage all prospect research activities, including utilization of development officer metrics tracking via CRM, identifying industry best practices to continue to grow and evolve our PRM operations, and working closely with Advancement colleagues to provide support in research strategies.

Kate has been with PRM since 2015, starting out as a Prospect Research Analyst up to her most recent position as our Assistant Director of Prospect Research and Management.  She has worked closely with campus-side development staff on a number of initiatives and processes over the years that have gained her a reputation for being thoughtful, goal-oriented, dependable, and easy to work alongside. Before joining UAB, she worked at Birmingham-Southern College as an Advancement Researcher for six years.
