In this role, she will ensure the accurate and timely collection, input, and processing of gifts, pledges, and pledge payments, while also conducting biographical data updates to maintain the accuracy and integrity of all constituent information. 

Before joining UAB, Mariela worked in data management at Libraria, a book wholesaler. She recently relocated from Chicago to Vestavia Hills earlier this year. She joined a pickleball group and enjoys playing at CityWalk on the weekends.
