She is a part of the O’Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center team, focused on managing donation processing, donor recognition, grateful patient processing and CRM entries. Prior to coming to UAB, Mary Ellis served as community outreach coordinator for Ronald McDonald House.

She is an Auburn University graduate with a degree in marketing and a minor in nonprofit studies. During her time at Auburn, she completed a summer internship with Auburn Advancement supporting the College of Engineering.

When not at work, Mary Ellis enjoys cooking and spending time with her miniature schnauzer, Dixie.
