THE DR. KENNETH E. BURKE CAREER DEVELOPMENT AWARD 2018

This award recognizes UAB Advancement team members who have demonstrated exceptional professional progress and who exemplify the attributes that Dr. Kenneth E. Burke most prized in his colleagues, including: creativity; integrity; innovation; tenacity; commitment to constituents, to UAB, and to fellow members of the advancement team; and demonstrated commitment to work in collaboration with others beyond the specific assigned constituency. It will provide funds for attending professional development meetings and/or conferences that provide career growth opportunities for employees and benefits of learned information to UAB.

All members of the UAB Advancement team are eligible including Advancement Services, Events, Annual Giving, Alumni, and Development Officers and Coordinators.
