Post-doctoral – Foreign-Trained Dentists Track

The application packet should include:

1. Applicant’s Biographical Sketch in NIH format
2. Proposed Mentor’s Biographical Sketch in NIH format and a list of former trainees and their current positions
3. Letter from the applicant’s institution that certifies completion of dental degree
4. A personal statement with an outline of career goals and a description of how DART training will address these career goals (not to exceed one page)
5. Three letters of recommendation
6. A list of research accomplishments (abstracts, papers, presentations, awards, etc.)
7. A succinct (one page) description of the proposed research.

Appointments begin on July 1 with applications due in April.
