Dr. Lori Brand Bateman is currently a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Division of Preventive Medicine in the UAB Heersink School of Medicine. She holds a doctorate in Medical Sociology from UAB as well as master’s degrees in both Religion (ethics) and Wellness Promotion from Baylor University. She did her undergraduate work in nutrition and her clinical home is as a registered dietitian.
