Data Request (UAB employees)

Our turnaround for data requests will vary depending on the complexity of your request and our current workload.
We request 10 business days, but can turn around urgent or high-priority requests faster.
Please take this into consideration when requesting a due date.

Requirements

We recommend UAB faculty and employees review the FERPA webpage regularly: www.uab.edu/registrar/ferpa.

If you do not have a current FERPA certificate in your Learning Locker, you must pass the course and complete a Data Disclosure Agreement (DDA) before we will provide any data or dashboard access.

If you need a DDA, we will let you know.
