UAB is transitioning to a new electronic signature solution to better serve the needs of campus and integrate seamlessly with UAB operations and systems.

UAB IT will provide training and resources to help customers transition to the new Adobe Sign solution, a secure, cloud-based signature tool that works well with Adobe’s PDF tools.

Adobe Sign is approved for use with PHI (protected health information), and campus users have unlimited usage.

UAB IT will focus on high-volume customers as we schedule individual meetings and training, but all esignature users are invited to a kickoff town hall at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 22. Join the town hall via Zoom.
