Futurizing healthcare by leveraging digital technologies, data, artificial intelligence, and mixed reality to address the cost, access, disparities, and quality challenges that we face in healthcare.

Despite its reputation of excellence, the health care sector in the United States is plagued with high costs, unequal access, and poor quality of care. This predicament continues to significantly impact our economy as productivity in our health care system drops. To change this downward trajectory, the pace of innovation and entrepreneurship in health care must dramatically increase.

To achieve this, The Marnix E. Heersink Institute for Biomedical Innovation must alter how we educate future health care providers and leaders. Catalyzing the health, health care, and social and economic development of our communities begins with competence development. Our impact on the economic development of the communities we serve is enabled by our institute’s capability to foster creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship within tomorrow’s visionaries. We will achieve this through our novel NQ360 approach.

We’re creating new processes, systems, and organizational structures to solve problems and implement solutions across a range of business models.
