Goals

• To enhance the efficiency, tracking, and management of clinical research activities throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
• To serve as liaison between institutional research administration and clinical trial site personnel.
• To adequately support investigators and their research staff in clinical trial management and compliant research billing practices.
• To effectively communicate acceptable research activity designation billed within appropriate billing guidelines.
