Biography:
Dr. Rizo is a general endocrinologist who provides a wide array of clinical services for conditions including thyroid diseases, thyroid cancer, diabetes, adrenal disorders and pituitary disorders. She also provides services at the comprehensive UAB Weight Loss Medicine clinic located at UAB Hospital Highlands.
She completed her internal medicine training at Georgetown University in Washington, DC followed by fellowship at University of Alabama at Birmingham.
