Ruhi Patel joins the UAB Department of Neurosurgery as a healthcare management intern.

Patel is currently a senior at UAB, graduating with a degree in healthcare management in August. After graduation, Patel plans to take a gap year to prepare to apply to PA school. 

In her free time, Patel enjoys exploring new parks, walking trails in the city, reading and spending time with friends and family.
