Annalise Sorrentino, M.D., professor in the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine, gave a Ted Talk at the FemInPem conference in Chicago on September 22, 2023.

The conference was started three years ago as a networking opportunity for advocates of women working in pediatric emergency medicine (PEM). The conference was very inspiring and featured several Ted Talk speakers. Dr. Sorrentino’s topic was “Leadership is SO 2020!”. She talked about how important not just leadership is but also how critical followership is.
