English said, “I will have the opportunity to learn and practice many techniques useful for early embryonic and stem cell research. My thesis work focuses on rare neuromuscular disorders, typically genetic in nature. With the techniques I learn in this course, such as embryo culture and injection, I will be able to further my research at the embryonic stage. I am also very excited to meet faculty from other universities and some pharmaceutical industry scientists. This course is going to be an amazing 3 weeks full of learning and science and I am so pleased to have been selected.”

Congratulations!
