| Sanjiv K. Bajaj, M.D. graduated from Princeton University with a degree in English, attended UAB for medical school, then completed his radiology residency and fellowships in Body MRI and Ultrasound at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology in St. Louis. He worked in New York after training before joining the faculty at the Birmingham VA in 2014. Dr. Bajaj's academic interests include Global health and body imaging, with special interest in MRI and Ultrasound, and he is active in national ultrasound organizations, serving as the president of the Global health interest group at the AIUM. He also reviews for journals including the Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine and Abdominal Radiology. |
