UAB’s annual Fall Into Health series offers several unique ways to stay healthy, said Employee Wellness Director Anna Threadcraft, including free onsite vision screenings, Zumba fitness classes, educational lunch-and-learn sessions and other activities to help employees make healthy choices in the workplace.
“We want each employee to be their best self — whether at work or at home,” Threadcraft said.
Fall Into Health 2018 gears up in September with two colon health events:

- Sept. 14 Colon on the Corner with Coffee features free Dunkin Donuts coffee, the 30-foot inflatable colon and special appearances from James Spann and Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin.
