Effective this fall, the Campus Recreation Department is now the University Recreation Department. Although the name has changed, the Recreation Center is still the same, appreciated place.

UAB will no longer be using BSYNC effective July 5, 2018. A new platform called Engage will replace BSYNC as part of The Office of Student Involvement & Leadership’s commitment to make organizational management of Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) easier and more effective.
In an effort to promote innovation, collaboration and high-impact practices, the UAB Division of Student Affairs has earmarked grant funding to support initiatives that advance its strategic priorities.
