Campus Recreation will be hosting Wellness Wednesday's on every Wednesday from now until the end of the semester. These sessions will cover topics ranging from sex education to nutrition talks with their registered dietician, Ashley Delk.

Bethany Tolar joins UAB Student Affairs as the Coordinator of Reservations and Events for Campus Recreation
Bethany Tolar is one of UAB’s newest faces, serving as the Coordinator of Reservations and Special Events. Bethany is responsible for scheduling the Campus Recreation Center, Campus Green, and West Campus Fields. She also is responsible for planning and coordinating all special events hosted by UAB Campus Recreation. -

Want more out of your summer experience? UAB Campus Recreation is offering outdoor escapades through its Adventure Recreation's Outdoor Pursuits program. The three remaining trips for the 2015-2016 schedule include visits to Nantahala, Glacier National Park, and the Grand Canyon.
