Every Blazer is invited to take part in the weeklong celebration of the “Blazer Way” during Creed Week, Feb. 16 - 20. Creed Week emphasizes the tenets of UAB’s creed to help students learn what it means to be a Blazer.

Chamber Music at AEIVA
5:30 - 7:30 pm | AEIVA Atrium
Join us for a free evening where chamber music meets contemporary art. A reception begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by the concert at 6:00 p.m. Arrive early to mingle, enjoy light catering, and explore the art that inspired the music before the performance.
Cookies and Creed
11 am – 1 pm | HSC First Floor (near OneStop)
Stop at one of the Creed Week tables to participate in an activity and grab a cookie! Other items will be available, and planned activities will explain the spirit of the Creed.
Rise Against Hunger
11 am – 3 pm | Student Assembly Building
Join UAB for Rise Against Hunger, an event to help end world hunger. Volunteers will help pack nutritious meals for families in areas that are affected by food insecurity. All undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to participate.
Cookies & K9s
12:30 – 2:30 pm | Off-Campus Student Lounge
Students can make pipe cleaner bouquets, enjoy cookies, and hear from UAB Police about K9 safety.
