The division of Student Affairs proudly awards Liz Quistorff as Employee of the Month. Throughout her time as Associate Director for Community Standards and Student Accountability, Liz has consistently exemplified what it means to be a dedicated and collaborative professional. She approaches complex investigations with a team-first mindset, working closely with campus partners, advisors, and stakeholders to ensure processes are thorough, timely, and student-centered.

In addition to her collaborative efforts, Liz stands out for her integrity, respect, and pursuit of excellence. She consistently upholds university policies and ethical standards while ensuring every student is treated with dignity and fairness. Despite a significant increase in case volume, Liz continues to lead some of the office’s most complex cases with professionalism and care. Her work not only resolves conduct matters but also creates meaningful learning experiences for students, encouraging reflection, accountability, and personal growth.
