The University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Fraternity and Sorority Life will participate in National Hazing Prevention Week (NHPW) September 25-29.

During this week-long series of events, attendees will learn about anti-hazing efforts and be empowered to promote prevention and raise awareness.

Students will learn ways to build brotherhood and sisterhood in a safe and healthy manner. Students will also learn the serious consequences of hazing behaviors and how it impacts their organization and the wider fraternity and sorority community.

NHPW is part of a national initiative held at universities across the country. For more information about FSL, click here. For disability accommodations, contact fsl@uab.edu or 205-934-8020.
