Veterans Services recently hosted a toy drive to lighten the burden of less fortunate students who are also veterans. They presented toys and bikes to grateful men and women who were able to a put a smile on the faces of their children.
If anyone proves that it’s possible to do it all, it’s graduating senior Dabney Bragg. Dabney is an English major from Birmingham, AL who contributes much of her positive college experience to campus involvement.
Veterans Services is providing the UAB community with an opportunity to give to a needy family this holiday season with Veterans Services is give you that opportunity by hosting a toy drive benefitting military veterans and their dependents.

During the week leading up to Veteran's Day the Department of Veterans Services paid honor to UAB Students and staff who are veterans of the armed forces. The men and women of service were feted with food and door prizes.
