Allergies & Accommodations

Students with food allergies or students who need dietary accommodations should reach out to the campus executive chef to create a plan for dining on campus. More info is available in the Dietary Guide above.

Simple Servings

UAB Campus Dining is committed to providing delicious dishes to students with allergies and dietary needs or restrictions. That’s why we have a dedicated separate kitchen at our Simple Servings station in the Commons on the Green to provide menu options that are free from dairy, eggs, wheat, shellfish, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten.

Simple Servings accommodates individuals who are looking for gluten-free menu items and also appeals to students who prefer simple foods.
