Vendor Registration Form

Businesses must submit all names of employees, not to exceed 2 people TOTAL.
Only those names submitted with this form will be permitted to enter and set up with valid photo identification.
Registration forms and payment must be received by 5:00pm CST on Thursday, February 14, 2020.
The vendor fee is $100.
There are a limited number of spaces available for Vendor tables/booths. Registration will be handled on a first-come first-serve basis.
We reserve the right to deny late registration forms and return payment.
