1. What is a "CRM"?
A "CRM" is a client relationship management tools. It combines information about students in one easily accessible interface so that the user can see 360-degree views of a student's details.

2. Who will have access to the CRM?
The CRM is designed for use by academic advisors. Over time we may give additional groups access to it.

3. Will the data in the CRM be live?
Yes, because the CRM is built within Banner (our student information system), most of the data in it will be live information.

4. What is the advantage of a CRM?
By providing information that was previously only available through multiple sources or through spreadsheet analysis, advisors can spend more of their time advising. The CRM should also help advisors more easily identify those students who are at risk and who could most benefit from interaction with an advisor.
