Request Career Presentations Print E-mail

To request a career presentation for classes, student organizations, departments, or staff meetings, complete the Presentation Request Form and thank you for considering a presentation by the UAB Career & Professional Development Services team.

Guidelines:

  • Lead time for requests: 3 weeks
  • Available times for speaking engagements: Mon-Fri, no later than 7:00 pm
  • Presentation limits: 2 presentations per class, per semester
  • Length: 15-75 minutes
  • Confirmation of requests: response email within 3 business days
  • Please submit one form per request

IMPORTANT: UAB Career & Professional Development Services tries to accommodate all speaker requests, but high demand necessitates advance planning, so please follow these guidelines whenever possible. Presentation requests that fall outside these guidelines will be considered on a case by case basis.
