UAB’s Hoke Hire Academic Center works with Blazer athletic teams to ensure that all of our student-athletes are balancing the athletic, academic, and social responsibilities that arise during their time in college. Several times each semester, the center will send faculty who have student athletes enrolled in their courses academic progress reports using “GradesFirst” software, seeking feedback.
