At least three advanced courses are required for students in all GBS themes. The following course is to be approved as an advanced course by the theme director, course director, and mentor. This form must be completed before the course is taken.

The theme director, course director, and mentor will have two weeks from the date of submission to indicate disapproval to the GBS Curriculum Manager.

Once the course is approved, the student's GPS academic audit will be updated to indicate the course as advanced credit.
