The Division of Infectious Diseases is the top teaching division in the UAB Heersink School of Medicine. Throughout the Division we have many enriching and educational opportunities for our faculty and trainees including our fellowship program, Gorgas Courses through the Gorgas Institute and training opportunities with the Alabama/North Carolina STD/HIV Prevention Training Center.
