The Office of Patient Experience and Engagement has collected patient feedback over the past year and the results are remarkable—this has been an exceptional year for patient care satisfaction in the Department of Neurology.
Their average care satisfaction score of 95% or higher (minimum of 30 ratings) in important areas such as active listening, demonstrating care and concern, providing clear explanations, involving patients in healthcare decisions, and overall care rating of 9 or 10 out of 10 -ranking them among the top UAB Medicine providers.
