The MSK section provides diagnostic and therapeutic services to a wide variety of surgical and medical specialists. The faculty interprets CT, MRI and radiographs of the Musculoskeletal system, performs high-resolution ultrasound imaging of joints and is active in a variety of interventions such as nerve blocks and biopsies.

Our section is comprised of seven faculty members who have advanced training and experience in MSK imaging, including four clinical faculty. Several of our staff members are nationally and internationally known as experts in their field.

One newest equipment acquisition is a GE ONI MSK Extreme, 1.5 T Extremity MR, the only one in the state. Members of the section may be contacted through the office of the section chief, Carl A. Narducci, Jr., M.D.
