David Winwood, Ph.D, CEO of UAB Research Foundation, will discuss intellectual property and the UABRF from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, May 21 in the Margaret Cameron Spain Auditorium. The UAB Research Foundation manages intellectual property created at UAB.
The seminar will provide participants with an overview of the language, laws, challenges and opportunities related to intellectual property management at UAB. It is presented by the Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS) Professional Skills Training Program.
