INSIGHT
The Sparkman Center is excited to be a member of the INSIGHT consortia alongside Baylor College of Medicine, the University of Maryland Baltimore, and the University of Pittsburgh. The INSIGHT consortia part of the Fogarty Launching Future Leaders in Global Health Research Training Program.

The purpose of the Fogarty program is to provide mentored global health research training opportunities in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) for pre-and post-doctoral candidates from the U.S. and LMICs. Read more about the INSIGHT program here.
GHRI Workshop
The Global Health Reciprocal Innovation (RI) project , coordinated by Fogarty's Center for Global Health Studies (CGHS), seeks to highlight how health innovations that have been researched, developed and implemented in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) can be adapted and adopted to address similar challenges in U.S. In partnership with other NIH Institutes, Centers and Offices (ICOs) and the RI research community, the project seeks to explore methods, frameworks, concepts, and case examples of reciprocal innovation that will advance this area of research. This workshop features Sparkman Center Director, Dr. Janet Turan.
