There’s a lot of excitement surrounding the return to campus this fall. While everyone is ready to get back in the swing of things, there are some slight changes in place to ensure the safety of everyone on campus.
Countless students visit Student Health Services throughout the school year and there are a few updates to the services available, and how to get the help you need. Check out the updates below!
- Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
- In-person and virtual visits are available (virtual visits are a good first step for many routine medical problems, and can be booked online)
- In-person visits can be booked over the phone at 205-934-3580
- Please do not walk into SHS without calling first, especially if you have fever or respiratory symptoms
- Immunizations, lab and x-ray are all available
- COVID-19 testing is available but often requires a virtual visit or provider phone call first
- A face covering is required for in-person visits
