General Information
- Test Location: Check your registration confirmation for details about the location of your test.
- Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled exam.
- Current Official Photo ID: You must present an original government-issued, non-expired photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc.). Your first and last names must match your admission ticket/registration confirmation.
- Admission Ticket/Confirmation: Bring your Admission Ticket provided by the testing agency or email confirmation if you registered with the UAB Academic Testing Center.
Parking
If you are testing at the Academic Testing Center:

— Park your vehicle in a space designated “936 Building Visitors Only – Required Parking Pass Available Inside”.
— When you check in, you will be given a parking pass. Please place the parking pass on the dashboard of your vehicle to avoid receiving a parking violation.
— Enter the Academic Testing Center from the parking lot side of the building (with stairs). If you require an accessible entrance, please enter the front of the building on 19th St S.
If you are testing at a location other than the Academic Testing Center:
Lot 5-A (public parking)

— Parking Rates for 0 – 1 hour: $2.00
Each additional hour $1.00
— Maximum of $6.00 per day, per exit
